Just 30 miles East of London as you head towards to the sea, in the county of Essex is where you will find the town of Wickford.
With a population of around 33,000, it is a commuter town for London which is only an easy 40 minute train journey away.
Although only a small town, it still has a high street with shoppers favourites, as well as other businesses.

Archeological evidence suggests that the area in which the town is situated was inhabited in prehistoric times by a tribe of Britons called the Trinovantes, who were once the most powerful tribe in southern England.
Nowadays all findings of this tribe can be found in the British Museum in London.
